Gates and real loads
Glass, ceiling height, and a guest wing change the tonnage. We do not copy the neighbor’s sticker. Humidity in a closed-up seasonal house is its own complaint, separate from a no-cool call.
Gate lists, work windows, and where a new pad may go are part of the request. Electrical capacity for pool equipment and EV chargers shows up often on these lots.
