Tradition is a master-planned west Port St. Lucie community of newer homes, not acreage. Condensers often share tight side yards, associations have a say in when a truck can be there, and electrical panels start stronger — until a remodel or EV charger arrives.
What we’d tell you first
Plain notes, the way a tech would say them on the phone. Then call or book if you want someone at the house.

HOA access
If we need a gate code or a notice, put it in the booking note. That saves a dry run.

Side yards are tight
Condensers sit close to the fence. Leaves and poor airflow make them run hot. Clear the plants before you assume the unit is done.

Newer panel, growing load
EV chargers and remodels fill panels fast. Ask about spare capacity before you buy the wall unit.
Newer homes, real humidity
These houses were built for efficiency, then lived in with the AC running most of the year. Short cycling leaves rooms cold and clammy. We check airflow and the drain before anyone talks about a bigger system.
Tell us the HOA and gate access before the visit. A replacement pad that does not fit the side yard is a different job than a capacitor. EV charger rough-in and dedicated circuits are common asks as families add load.
